Slightly pricey, but thats expected nowadays. Great service. Great efficiency. Used quality parts and performed numerous different jobs including resealing our toilet, changing the fill tank valve and replacing fixtures on the tub. All-around very worth the $$$. Leo and Russell were very accommodating with our schedule too considering we only have the 1 shower.

This company is seriously a dream come true if you’re looking for any type of home improvement professionals. From the first time I called Russel he answered right away & even came out the SAME DAY to give me an estimate on an interior painting job. He gave me a super reasonable estimate & we scheduled right then & there for 3 days later! I was not anticipating everything to move along so quickly, but it was so refreshing& easy! Jorge did our painting & he was AMAZING. He was right on time, super tidy, very kind, & his work is literally PERFECT. 10/10 can’t recommend them enough! If you want an easy, fluid, 0 stress experience then this is the company for you.

If I could give this company more than a 5 star review I would… Russell and his team did an amazing job on our home and we could not be happier with the outcome. The first thing that caught my attention with this company was the outstanding reviews. However, it was his honesty and actions that won me over. After dealing with horrible Florida contractors over the last year it was a breath of fresh air to know I could count on Russell to get the job done and to get it done right. Russell was beyond helpful throughout the project and followed through on set timelines and scheduled days of work. We will 100 percent be using ProCraft Remodeling on all our future projects. Russell and all the guys that work for him are fantastic and pride them selves on great quality work! Marcelo that does the majority of tile work is an extreme perfectionist and does amazing tile work! Also needed some drywall repair done. When Russells main drywall guys were to busy, Russell himself came out and did the job! Just shows how much Russell at ProCraft cares about his customers! Would highly recommend, with 5 stars all the way!

Russell was very responsive to my inquiry and was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to get me on the schedule and even reached out when they had a reschedule so I was able to my work done sooner. His estimate was also much less than competitors so I know this company isn’t just out to make a buck, although they probably could. Marcelo and Tuka (Tuko?) we’re very kind, worked extremely hard and were patient with my requests. I’d definitely recommend Protrades for anyone looking to do tile work.

We could not be happier with the work that Russell, Marcelo and the ProCraft team did! We had a bit of a challenging project and they exceeded what we thought was possible. Russell's responsiveness and attention to detail was particularly impressive. Marcelo's tile artistry was amazing. Our home was built in 1925 and is a terra cotta masonry structure. We had windows replaced and one of the windows in a shower needed to be retiled. The frame around the window was a bit off and as a result there needed to be drywall/cement board work to realign the window. We also decided to change the look and make the tile frame the window in a style more appropriate to our home's original architecture. Karla picked a combination of tiles and designed a look that makes the window appear as a frame. We contacted a tile company we had used previously and got a quote but could never get them scheduled to come out or to return messages. Out of frustration with the old company, I searched and found ProCraft. The reviews were good so I gave them a call. Russell followed up within hours and we eventually had a design and tile ordered from California on its way. He was extremely thorough and helped us through the process from start to finish. Marcelo's work speaks for its self and we are so anxious to have visitors see the work. Our next project is in the planning and design phase and is for a redo of a fireplace. We are definitely going to use ProCraft for the job. They get a 5 star A+ rating for the work they did.

We decided to update and renovate our home of 27 yrs. After numerous estimates obtained for all our projects, we were overwhelmed. Russell and his different crews came in with the best pricing. He scheduled the start date and arrived as planned. First on our list was popcorn ceilings removed, retextured and painted in all rooms and raising the kitchen ceiling. All done perfect, with minimal dust & cleanup. Next was removal of tile flooring with new 24x24 installed. Again, perfect & on schedule. I explained my vision and sent him a picture of what the half bathroom looked like and where I would like tile placed. Russell and Marcello came at 9 am to do the work. From start to finish these guys were amazing. They answered the phone on the first call and promptly set up an appointment to come give us an estimate for a travertine floor we wanted installed. The owner came out the next day for the quote and was very educational and informative about the process of installation we would experience with them. I’m a masonry contractor in Michigan so I have a good amount of working knowledge about the trades and contractors and what a great install really is. The crew showed up at 8am as promised and got right to work. The guys took there time on all the cuts and symmetry of the floor and did a beautiful install with a herringbone pattern stone floor..... you could tell the crew was highly experienced as well. The price was right, the experience and service we received from this company was great, and the quality of workmanship is definitely right. It’s a no brainer to hire these guys. We were renovating a home to sell and our original tile backsplash contractor cancelled on us last minute. I called around to find a replacement and stumbled upon Protrades Trades, despite the low number of online reviews about their work. That was the best decision we ever made with our home renovation project! Russell from the very beginning was so responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We ran into some issues with our granite countertop install and had to reschedule our tile backsplash work twice but Russell was so kind and understanding about it all. He arranged for Izzy to install the tile backsplash for us on April 13, 2019. Izzy did a PHENOMENAL job with our kitchen tile backsplash!! He took his time and went above and beyond to ensure quality work. We only asked him to install the backsplash diagonally throughout the kitchen but he took it upon himself to create a border around the edges to give it a nicer contrast. His attention to detail and artistic mastery of trade was very apparent in the final product (see attached photos from Tony Sica Photography). When we went to list the home with our realtor, one of the first things she complimented on was how beautiful our kitchen tile backsplash looks! We would HIGHLY recommend Protrades Trades to anyone and will definitely be partnering with Russell and Izzy again on all our future home renovation projects for sure!! Recently had our two story home replumbed that left several openings in the walls and stairway wall that needed mending. Russell did a fabulous job! Not only was he very reasonable with his price (he was half the estimate of the two companies recommended by the plumber), he was quick to respond to my initial call. I sent Russell photos of the wall openings by text message so he could give me a rough estimate . I highly recommend Protrades! Russell is a kind and courteous gentleman that cares about doing a great job for you! He did for us!!

Russell did a great job with the removal of old carpet & vinyl flooring throughout our entire condo, and the subsequent installation of new laminate flooring throughout our entire condo. It took 2 days total, and he let me know exactly what would be done on day 1 vs. day 2 ahead of time, so I was able to move all of the breakables and smaller items around appropriately the night before each day of installation. Of course, they handled moving all of the larger items/furniture. The new floors look great! Also worth noting - When they finished up on day 2, I pointed out that after moving my bed around, the bottom of the bed frame seemed to be really loose/creaky. Although it was no direct fault of theirs, Russell and his 2 workers took the time to drill/repair/secure my bed frame, leaving it in much better shape than it was before they came here.
